About Lynn

A lifelong resident of Jackson County, Lynn was born in Pascagoula, raised in Gautier, and raised her children in Ocean Springs. She began her real estate career in Biloxi and now serves as Owner and Broker of her firm, with offices in Ocean Springs, North Biloxi, and Gulfport.

In 2021, she opened her real estate office with Weichert Realtors and has consistently ranked among the Top 30 brokerages since her first full year in business, finishing 2025 at #13. That same year, she received the prestigious Rockstar Franchise Award, recognizing excellence among franchise owners across all industries. She has also been recognized multiple times as one of the Top 100 Realtors on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

She specializes in serving clients throughout Mississippi’s lower five coastal counties—Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, Stone, and Pearl River—bringing deep local expertise in residential, commercial, and investment real estate. She is also licensed to sell real estate in the lower southern region of Alabama, allowing her to serve clients seamlessly across state lines.

A graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi, [Your Name] has spent her entire professional career in sales and has been a Realtor for 27 years. She has been a top producer every year, earning the #1 ranking in Mississippi on several occasions and receiving top honors within her local Realtor board for multiple years.

Leadership and service are central to her career. She has served as President of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Board of Realtors, led several fundraising organizations, and served on multiple state-level committees. She is a graduate of numerous leadership programs at both the state and local levels and currently serves on the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College Board of Trustees and the Community Care Network Board of Trustees. She also leads several Bible studies and remains deeply committed to her community.

Outside of real estate, Lynn Wade is the proud parent of four adult children with successful careers in insurance, marketing, and real estate, and a devoted grandparent to six grandchildren, whom she considers the heartbeat of her soul. She has been married to her best friend and high school sweetheart for 37 years.
